The successful candidate will maintain the day-to-day operations and perform maintenance and repair work on apartment homes and surrounding property grounds under the direction of the Property/Operations Manager.

Resident Services Coordinator

Luxury Apartments Resident Services Coordinator opportunity for national property management and development company with growth potential! The successful will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with handling all current resident processes and concerns, including all related administrative work involved in the coordinating of resident services. Must have a working knowledge of leasing and management policies, accounting, maintenance and resident retention policies and programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data in order to estimate the time, money, materials, and labor required to construct multifamily and commercial developments ranging from garden style to high-rise apartments.
